After moving to the United States from Jamaica just two years ago, Rohan quickly found his place in The Arc Mercer's vocational training program. With a passion for landscaping, he rapidly developed new skills and became so proficient that he's now helping teach others!

When members of that team face an unexpected hardship of their own, we believe they should have somewhere to turn. That is the purpose of the Employee Relief Fund (ERF).
