Soirée is no exception. Chef Nicole of Nicole Henry has curated an incredible lineup of chefs, bringing together a culinary experience designed to delight, connect, and celebrate community and culture.

We love Nicole for her culinary skills and the way she has created a space in the community for so many other chefs in Evanston needing commercial kitchen space to create. But even more than that we love her collaborative spirit, her positive approach to problem solving, and her willingness to always be of service to others.
