Miranda 4H Community Club Monthly Report - APRIL

"The meeting of 4/14/26 started at 6pm by our president Kelsey. This months meeting took place on the outside patio of the Avenue Cafe with parents present, due to our planned location of the south fork high school having not been approved for insurance by the state 4-H office. Throughout the meeting we talked about new events such as the state leadership conference, Southern Humboldt Garden club flower show, the Humboldt county fair, volunteering as gate watch for this years Garberville Rodeo and our end of the year project fair in June.
Through the meeting we only had three projects give reports this month with those projects being the leadership talking about how they set up the meeting to go smoothly, woodworking made clocks and the swine project telling us how they got their pigs for the year and are now taking care of them at their homes.
Overall the meeting was short and windy, but the pizza was very tasty. We hope to be able to have normal meetings next month"

Hydesville 4H Community Club Monthly Report - May
"Our club started out the month of May with a visit to Sequoia Springs. We took many animals for the residents to pet and hold. Everyone had a great time! All of our animal groups are hard at work getting ready for fair, lots of fitting and showmanship practice has been happening. Our Mini 4-H group had a fun meeting where they learned wilderness survival skills! Also, we have officer elections coming up so everyone interested in being an officer wrote their name down for the position they want to be. Elections will be held on Monday June 1st."

Miranda Community Club Report: MARCH
"The meeting of 3/10/26 was called to order at 6:04 by our president Kelsey. The meeting was off to a rushed start due to the officers meeting beforehand taking a few minutes longer than it normally does to get everything in order because of our lack of officers at this meeting. A turn of events during the meeting was the new meeting location that we will be meeting at starting next month at the south fork high school. Throughout the meeting we had a few updates and club reports from baking and cooking, rabbit, leadership, and swine projects. Before the meeting our club officers got together and discussed any future plans for not only this meeting but as well as the next meeting."
