Women’s Gift selected the nonprofit The Arc of Lane County to be the 2025 Raffle Fundraiser recipient. All proceeds will go to further the construction projects of their Arc Park playground.
On May 20th at Arc Park, we held our fundraiser event complete with a tour of the park, raffle drawing, and the check presentation.

We are now selling raffle tickets for our fundraiser. All proceeds go to Arc Park. 6 wonderful raffle baskets, $25 per ticket. Only 250 tickets will be sold for each raffle basket.

Every year, Women’s Gift conducts a fundraiser in which all proceeds to go a nonprofit that services and helps women and children at risk. This year we are thrilled that Women’s Gift is partnering with The Arc at Lane County. All proceeds of our fundraiser will go to help the continuing build-out of Arc Park – a fully accessible playground for children of all abilities.

There are two ways to participate: Donate to our fundraiser and/or Purchase raffle tickets. Please go to the Women's Gifts’ Fundraiser webpage [www.womensgiftlaneco.org/fundraiser-1] to purchase tickets for a chance to win six incredible raffle baskets. We are selling only 250 tickets for each of the six raffle baskets! The Arc Park is designed as a genuinely inclusive playground where children with and without disabilities can play, learn, and grow together. The accessible equipment will encourage participation across all ages and abilities, fostering a welcoming atmosphere that promotes social interaction and skill development through enjoyable play.

Raffle ticket sales begin on April 15th and end on May 18th. The drawing will be held on May 20th at 5:00pm at the Arc Park, 4181 E St, Springfield – one need not be present to win. If you have questions about the Women’s Gift fundraiser please email [email protected].

Last Thursday, Women's Gift was given an inside view of Autzen Stadium and the associated sports center. The tour was about an hour long and we learned about UofO sports history and saw a lot of trophies! Here are some photo

NAMI was our January recipient. NAMI Lane County is a grassroots, confidential, peer-led mental health organization offering support, education, and advocacy services in Lane County at no cost to the participant.

Our meeting was conducted in NAMI's meeting room in Springfield. The Executive Director Jennifer MacLean's presentation gave us an excellent understanding the work NAMI does and how the organization supports many with mental health challenges.

2024 Holiday Gifting!
Every year Women's Gift members teams up to purchase holiday gifts for needy families. We are given the first names, ages, and wish list of each family member; and then we try to fulfill their wishes!
This year, we had 7 families from Thrive House to shop for.
We delivered all the gifts to Kate's house and converge one afternoon to wrap gifts. Such fun!

For our December monthly meeting we invited Refugee & Immigrant Service Program (RISP) to speak to us.
RISP collaborates closely with local, volunteer-based Refugee Resettlement Coalition of Lane County (RCCLC) to provide a comprehensive hub of social services, connections, and immigration legal services with the mission to help refugees, asylum seekers and other immigrants navigate and integrate into life in their new country.
We were very impressed with the RISP team and all their dedication to assist refugees settle in Lane County.

We’re thrilled to share that Every Child has been chosen as the recipient of Women’s Gift’s November donation! 🎉 Women's Gift is a charitable non-profit devoted to raising and distributing funds to other non-profits that directly serve women and children at risk. These wonderful ladies visited our Brighter Side Giving Store and gifted over $1,500 to support children impacted by foster care.💚

September's monthly meeting was at Ophelia's Place.

Ophelia’s Place offers support girls need to build resiliency, find their voices, and discover their strength. Many of their resources are free and online; if in Oregon, one may also find OP in schools or in the community.
