I LOVE this crew for showing up in the best way. 💛 They’ve created a $330 gift basket for the Women’s Club of Escondido’s Annual Fashion Show Fundraiser on May 9th, with all proceeds supporting community and philanthropic efforts. Inside: a handmade apron by Wilde Mercantile, original artwork by Ivonne of Good Impressions, Lenox vases, books, a Buckeye Leather coin purse, a Betty Crocker candle, vintage kitchenware… and a few more surprises.

At our General meeting yesterday… 5 De Mayo potluck lunch with great food. We assembled 150 backpacks that will go to the Growing Minds and Head Start Programs supporting underserved children in Escondido. Our birthday Queens wore their crowns proudly. After the meeting we put together our raffle baskets for our upcoming Fashion Show this Saturday, May 9th. Tickets are still available, $45 includes lunch, beverages, dessert and door prizes. Join us and help us help our community.

Growing Minds, Reach Out and Read Programs will benefit from our assembly and donation of 150 backpacks. The meeting will feature presentations by representatives of these organizations.
