Erie Rainbow Bridge Pet Memorial Garden

10/10/2026

A huge thank you to volunteers:
Rich G, Amy H., Jill and Joe C, Barri L., Monica C., Thomas R., Suzanne C., Robin H., Tim D. and the Erie Insurance team - Traci S., Becky M., and Wade N. for installing our bricks for Fall. Great job!

We also want to thank everyone that continues to w**d, rake, and keep the bridge and surrounding area clean when they stop to visit, to those that have rushed to repair or paint in urgent situations, and to all that have donated, plants, flowers, lights and monetary donations. We are grateful for all you do to keep the bridge, patio and gardens beautiful.

"Thank you to all of our Rainbow Bridge community members. Your purchase of a memorial brick or tag honors the memory of your pets and helps support the ongoing efforts of the ANNA Shelter of providing shelter, food, medical care, love and a chance to find a forever home for animals in their care."

"Without each and every one of you, we couldn't do what we do. Together, we have created a beautiful place to honor our beloved pets who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge, as well as a supportive community where new friendships are built and comfort is shared through our mutual love for them! ❤️🐾🌈

We are so happy to see progress on Aimee's Law.❤️

One step closer to passing Aimee’s Law!

My bill, SB 1311 has just advanced from the Senate Judiciary Committee. Named for a six-month-old husky who died after being abandoned in the cold in Erie, the bill would establish a statewide animal abuse registry.

I’m grateful to my colleagues for moving this bill forward. I’ll keep working to protect animals and hold these abusers accountable!
