Awesome and Beautiful day at Erie Days yesterday. Erie Pal and Mel Witherspoon Spoons Basketball 🏀 League had an opportunity to get together for the 3rd Annual 3 on 3 Basketball recreational tournament. A great time was had by all in this team oriented competitive environment. At the conclusion of tournament, both organizations came together and had a pizza 🍕 party at conclusion of event. Thanks to all the kids and parents that showed up.

Thank you to everyone who donated on Erie Gives Day. We really appreciate your support through the years. We could not do the things we could do, as it relates to providing opportunities for our youth without our partners and community stakeholders. Thank you all. ❤️

Our week-long PAL Junior Police Academy Camp offers a comprehensive program to hone leadership skills, foster responsibility, encourage critical thinking, and promote effective communication! Congrats to the graduates!

Erie Gives starts at midnight tonight, August 11th and goes through midnight tomorrow. Please consider donating to PAL. Every dollar raised for Erie PAL goes towards the kids for field trips, t-shirts, food, activities, and more. PAL builds positive relationships between cops and Erie's youth which is helping to make Erie a better place for our kids! Thank you for your kindness ahead of time.

The 10th Annual Pal Camp at Gannon University wrapped up on Friday with an awesome and fun morning at Bayview Park, which entailed water sports, basketball 🏀, park recreational time and a pizza 🍕 party. The kids then went over to Highmark basketball 🏀 center at Gannon for their graduation ceremony. Thank you Mayor Daria Devlin and Chief Rick Lorah for speaking at graduation. Thank you Gannon Marketing Director Randy for speaking as well. Thank you to Gannon President Walter Iwanenko and Gannon Athletic Director Meghan Morphy for having our Pal crew on campus. Thank you Sean Perseo from Sunbelt Rentals , who came in and presented a check on behalf of Robert Irvine Foundation to Pal Student and graduate Mathia Armstrong. Thanks to Captain Marty Davis who presented an arm wresting trophy to multiple champion Kylee Wycech. Thanks Rob Frank for presented a brand new bike to Pal graduate Matt Evans. Congratulations to our campers of the week. Thank you Gannon Community and Athletic teams for spending valuable time with our kids this week. Thank you to Erie School District Police Department, Erie County Sheriff Office, Erie Insurance and Erie Police Department for working hard together this week to ensure our Pal kids enjoyed their experience. Thanks to all the Pal kids that continue to work hard, buy in and believe in us. Lastly thanks to my team Sgt. Melanie Szoszorek, Ptlm. Antwan Fields and Cpl.
