For the latest programs, resources, partnerships, and updates from Rural Health Projects, please follow RHP . Started in 1989 by a group of Enid citizens concerned about the health of our community, the GCTFC (at that time known as the Northwest Tobacco Free Coalition) actively works to educate the community of the dangers of tobacco use. We are reaching the community through physical activity, nutrition, and tobacco control.

We’re not just counting steps… we’re stacking habits that actually make you feel GOOD.

Each week = a new city + a simple daily habit to check off:

🗽 Week 1: NYC — 64 oz of water
🍀 Week 2: Boston — limit caffeine
☀️ Week 3: Barcelona — 7+ hours of sleep
🍝 Week 4: Rome — limit sugar

No overwhelm. No extremes. Just small, consistent habits alongside your walks that add up FAST.
