📣 This Friday at Enid Noon AMBUCS!

We have a great program planned this week as we welcome Katie Crawford with Tri-County Family Resource Center AND our Jr. Leadership students! 🎉

Katie will be sharing more about the work Tri-County Family Resource Center is doing in our area, the resources they provide, and the impact they’re making for individuals and families in our community.

We’re also excited to have our Jr. Leadership students joining us for the meeting! It’s always a great opportunity to welcome these young leaders, introduce them to AMBUCS, and give them a chance to learn more about the people and organizations making a difference in Enid.

That’s a wrap on the 2026 Rural Health Association of Oklahoma Annual Conference! 🎉

Each year, RHP is proud to serve as the managing director for RHAO and bring together rural health professionals, partners and advocates from across Oklahoma for three days of learning, connection, collaboration…and a little friendly competition. 😉

Thank you to everyone who joined us last week, shared ideas, built connections and helped make this year’s conference one to remember.

And yes, the annual co****le tournament may get just a little competitive. 😂

What does the FRC mean to the families who call it theirs? We asked them. 💚

A safe place. Support when it’s needed. Friendships for kids and parents. Help navigating hard seasons. A place where families feel welcomed, included and connected.

When people hear “rural health,” they often think doctors, hospitals and clinics. But health starts long before someone walks through a healthcare door.

Access to nutritious food, safe places to be active, education, transportation, community resources and connection all play a role in our health.

You may have seen RHP’s work without even realizing it. 👀

That walking track at Garfield Elementary School? There’s more to the story.

Through the TSET Healthy Living Program, RHP worked with Enid Public Schools to strengthen its wellness policies, helping position the school to receive $60,000 in TSET funding for the walking track.

A lot of our work happens behind the scenes. The results? You may already be walking on them. 💚
