New ERDA member shoutout!

For more than 35 years, Rural Health Projects, Inc. has been working to make rural Oklahoma healthier and stronger. Based right here in Enid, RHP connects communities with the education, resources and healthcare opportunities they need to thrive.

Through collaboration, advocacy, education, recruitment and training, RHP is helping improve access to quality healthcare across rural Oklahoma — making a meaningful impact in Enid and beyond.

What makes a community healthy? 💚

Healthy communities don’t happen by accident. They’re built through partnerships, shared resources and people working toward a common goal.

A little homework help can go a long way. 📚💚

RHP’s Tri-County Family Resource Center offers free after school tutoring for students in grades K–5, providing a supportive place to learn, build confidence, and get a little extra help when they need it.

Because supporting healthy communities means supporting kids and families too.

During our visit, we had the opportunity to present on the OSU AHEC Scholars Program to potential incoming Scholars.

Community partnership in action. 💚

Enid’s Story Walk at Champlin Park was made possible through RHP’s TSET Healthy Living Program in partnership with the Public Library of Enid & Garfield County, City of Enid Parks & Recreation, and Public Arts Commission of Enid.

Together, this project created a fun way for families to combine reading, movement, and time outdoors, right here in our community. 📖🌳
