This page seeks to increase awareness of what God is doing through the ministry of Youth for Christ around the world - for the benefit of friends and supporters of Youth for Christ, as well as YFC staff, volunteers and board members. Youth for Christ is a worldwide Christian movement working with young people around the globe. Motivated by our faith in Jesus Christ we share the good news of God with young people. Youth for Christ is made up of tens of thousands of indigenous people in over 100 nations working together in giving every young person an opportunity to be a follower of Jesus Christ. It’s like asking what the weather is like in the USA or Europe. It all depends on where you are. Youth for Christ uniquely reaches young people in ways that are relevant to them in the context of their culture and life circumstances.

LEADERSHIP IS ALSO ABOUT STEPPING UP WHEN IT MATTERS!

When the YFC Tonga Director was unwell, one of the youth leaders, Lima, stepped up to take responsibility for leading the YFC programme.

What a wonderful example of leadership in action!

Leadership is not just about holding a position. It is about being willing to serve, take responsibility, and grow through new opportunities.

Thank you, Lima, for stepping up and taking on this responsibility. This is part of your journey of growth, equipping, and becoming a stronger leader.

We pray God's continued strength and blessing over you and the entire team.

When we empower young people to lead, we equip the next generation to serve!

It starts with ONE.

One person willing to go.
One person willing to give.
One person willing to serve.
One person willing to share the Gospel.

In 2025, Youth for Christ International focused on the power of ONE — reminding us that every act of obedience can make an eternal difference.

Because of ONE who gave His life for us, everyone in the world can have the opportunity to hear the Good News!

What if your one step of faith could change someone's life forever?

You can be the one who goes. The one who gives. The one who serves. The one who shares.

One life. One mission. One Gospel. A world waiting to hear.

Changing lives through the Gospel, one young person at a time.

Since 1992, Youth for Christ Uganda has been passionate about reaching young people with the hope and love of Jesus.

Through school and community outreaches, discipleship, counselling, leadership development, and education support, YFC Uganda is creating opportunities for young people to discover Christ and grow in their faith.

With three ministry centres in Kilokole (Central Uganda), Idudi (Eastern Uganda), and Gulu (Northern Uganda), the ministry continues to build meaningful relationships and make a lasting impact.

One important part of this work is supporting girls facing crisis pregnancies, especially those rejected by their families. Through counselling, care, and vocational training, young mothers are given support and opportunities to develop skills and build better futures.

From music, dance, and drama to life stories, training, and personal counselling, YFC Uganda is sharing the Gospel in ways that connect with young people.

But the vision goes beyond reaching young people. It is about discipling young people who will go on to evangelize and disciple others.

We celebrate the dedication of YFC Uganda's staff and volunteers, and give thanks to God and the partners who make this ministry possible.

What if the relationships that are broken today become tomorrow’s testimonies of God’s grace?

As followers of Jesus, we are called not only to receive His grace but also to share it with others.

In a world where conflict, division, and misunderstandings are common, young people need to learn the power of forgiveness, humility, and choosing peace.

Are we equipping the next generation to be bridge-builders instead of walls? To seek reconciliation instead of holding on to bitterness? To reflect the love of Christ even when relationships are difficult?

Reconciliation begins with the grace we have received from God.

Let's raise a generation that doesn't just talk about peace but lives it.

What if the reason you struggle to give is because you're too worried about tomorrow?

Many people hold tightly to what they have because they fear there won't be enough for the future.

But generosity begins with trust.

When we trust God as our provider, we don't have to let fear of tomorrow control how we live today. We can give freely, knowing that our security is found in Him, not in what we manage to hold onto.

Don't let the fear of tomorrow rob you of the opportunity to be generous today.

475 STUDENTS. 58 PARENTS. 20 TEACHERS. ONE COMMUNITY GROWING TOGETHER!

How do we help young people thrive? By investing in their lives, equipping their families, and building a supportive community.

Juventud para Cristo Bolivia recently held its Escuela de Vida programme at U.E. Karl Alexander in El Alto, creating opportunities for learning, prevention, and personal growth.

Throughout the week:

- 475 students participated in workshops on po*******hy prevention, sexuality, bullying and cyberbullying, and self-esteem.
- 58 parents attended a family workshop focused on strengthening their role in guiding and supporting their children.
- 20 teachers participated in the project, learning how to support the students' development.

The week concluded with a cultural event celebrating joy, God's love, and the hope found in Jesus!

We are grateful to U.E. Karl Alexander for opening its doors and partnering with JPC Bolivia to invest in the next generation.

As Matthew 5:16 reminds us, let your light shine before others, so they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

When we invest in young people, we help build stronger families and brighter futures.
