A big shoutout to our incredible Adam's Camp Young Professionals Board! 👏

Throughout the year, this group brings their time, ideas, energy, and talents to Adam’s Camp. They volunteer, support our events, spread the word about our mission, and raise money to help send campers to camp.

They show up in so many ways, and we’re grateful to have them in our corner.

Thank you, YPB, for everything you do for Adam’s Camp and our campers! 🎉

Everyone deserves places where they can fully participate.

Not watch from the sidelines. Not be included as an afterthought. Participate.

That’s why accessibility and inclusion are built into Adam’s Camp. With the right support, campers can take on the ropes course, get on the dance floor, paddle across the water, perform in the talent show, and choose the adventures that interest them.

The activity may change. The expectation doesn’t.

Everyone belongs in the middle of the fun. 🎉

Your support helped bring our Adam’s Camp community together for an afternoon of games, laughter, reconnecting, and plenty of pie.

We’re grateful for your partnership and for the many ways you support people with disabilities and their families throughout our community.

What a way to celebrate the end of our 40th season! 🎉

Celebration at the Park brought campers, families, summer staff, and friends back together for an afternoon of fun, familiar faces, and plenty of laughs. And, as usual, the pie-eating contest was one of the hottest activities of the day! 🥧

A huge thank you to Molly’s Miracles, our Adam's Camp Young Professionals Board and National Charity League for spending the day volunteering with us and helping make the celebration possible. A special shout to Howdy Homemade Ice Cream, too!

And thank YOU to everyone who came out to reconnect with summer staff and friends and celebrate the culmination of 40 incredible seasons of Adam’s Camp.

We couldn’t think of a better way to wrap up our 40th!

Celebration at the Park is TOMORROW! 🎪

A few things to know before you go:

🎟️ Last chance to get your tickets before the party! (tickets are available on site)
📍 Butterfield Crossing Park in Castle Rock
⏰ 2–5 p.m.
🚗 Parking is available on site. Watch for the Adam’s Camp flag and arrow to point you in the right direction.

Come in comfy clothes and shoes you can run around in because we’ll have games, face painting, popcorn, and our famous pie-eating contest.

Bring the whole family! You’ll also see some familiar faces from this summer, with Adam’s Camp staff ready for plenty of hugs and smiles. 😊

We can’t wait to see you tomorrow!

Happy 21st birthday, Kierra! 🎉

Kierra first came to Adam’s Camp as a Pathfinder Therapy camper in 2012 at just six years old. That first summer helped uncover leadership, confidence and self-advocacy skills that would become an important part of Kierra’s journey for years to come.

But Adam’s Camp also gave Kierra something else: community. Friendships that began through Adam’s Camp opened the door to lasting connections within the Down syndrome community, many of which are still part of Kierra’s life today.

Now, 14 years later, Kierra is celebrating her 21st birthday by giving back. She started her own fundraiser for Adam’s Camp to help make these same opportunities possible for other campers and families.

Before September comes to a close, we have one more BIG win to celebrate! 🙌

Adam’s Camp participated in Colorado Youth Sports Giving Day for the very first time this year, and our community showed up in an incredible way.

Together, you donated more than $9,000 to support sports, recreation, and adventure for our campers. Thanks to the generosity of Daniels Fund, those gifts were DOUBLED, resulting in more than $18,000 for Adam’s Camp!

Not bad for our first year. 😎

Thank you to everyone who gave, shared, and helped make our first Colorado Youth Sports Giving Day such a success. We can’t wait to see what we can do next year!

At Therapy Camp, an entire team gets to know each child and works together toward goals that matter to them and their family.

It’s intensive. It’s collaborative. And it’s one of the things that makes Adam’s Camp so unique. 💜
