A big thank-you to the wonderful volunteers from Little Church on the Prairie in Lakewood!

This week, members of the church community spent two days lending a hand at FISH’s Open Table program. We’re grateful they made the trip to Ellensburg to share their time and energy with our community.

Volunteers are an important part of what makes Open Table possible, and we love welcoming groups who are willing to roll up their sleeves and help.

Thank you, Little Church on the Prairie, for being part of the FISH community!

This institution is an equal opportunity provider.

665 pounds of fresh food, grown right here in our community.

St. Andrews Community Garden wrapped up its growing season with a Fall Harvest donation of 274 pounds of rosemary, tomatoes, apples, pears and tomatillos for FISH. That brings the garden’s total contribution this year to an incredible 665 pounds of fresh produce.
St. Andrews has been growing and sharing fresh food with FISH for many years, and we’re so grateful for this wonderful partnership.

And you don’t need a community garden to make a difference. Some of the flowers and kale pictured here came from a donor’s personal garden bed. She grows enough to enjoy at home and shares some of the abundance with FISH.

Whether it’s a few bunches of kale or hundreds of pounds from a community harvest, locally grown donations help bring fresh, beautiful food to our neighbors.

Thank you to everyone who grows a little extra and shares it with FISH.

Save the Date! We are excited to be attending this great event!
