Tomorrow is our dual anniversary celebration with our partners at the Shake it with Stesha Fitness Studio! The studio is celebrating 2 years at their Elkhorn location and we are celebrating 1 year as an officially formed non-profit. 🎉

Be sure to reserve your spots if you plan to attend the classes (Parkinson's classes need not reserve ahead). Space is limited and spots are filling quickly. Join us for all the fun! It is the studio 2 year anniversary and our partners at the Shake it with Purpose-Fitness without Limitations (non-profit) is celebrating their 1 year anniversary!

Our regularly scheduled classes will be running, and we highly recommend reserving your spots to ensure your place. We are offering our clients to bring a new friend for free but pre-registration is required for those spots, we will need to be contacted to make those reservations. Existing clients can book on the Shake it with Stesha Fitness APP or online using the link in the comments.
