This is such a cool tradition! Can’t wait for all of the titleholders to meet up in August and exchange their state pins!

One of the really cool traditions of the Ms. Wheelchair America sisterhood is trading state pins with fellow titleholders from across the country at nationals.

A huge thank you to SC State Rep for District 81, Charlie Hartz, for helping me source these beautiful South Carolina pins that I’ll be taking with me to Michigan in August. I’m excited to share a little piece of the Palmetto State, and our iconic palmetto and crescent moon, with women from all over the country.

It’s such a small thing, but traditions like this make the experience feel incredibly special and connected.

Throwback to our National Competition in August 2025! Latavia, whom represents New York, is pictured with Marianne, whom represents New Jersey. 19 advocates competed for the crown last year and New York brought home their first national title!

Congratulations to our current class of titleholders! Class of 2027! Yes, each of the current State Titleholders are competing for the title of MS WHEELCHAIR AMERICA 2027! So exciting!

Recruiting is a year long project and we’d love your support in finding interested advocates to join our organization nationwide! September will be here before we know it!

Compete for your state and maybe next year you’ll be joining us on the NATIONAL stage!
