The Edinburg Arts Foundation and the City of Edinburg Cultural Arts Department join together in mourning the loss of our dear friend and board member, Marisa Rivera.

Marisa was a passionate advocate for the arts in Edinburg and a guiding light within our community. She believed wholeheartedly in the power of the arts to inspire, to heal, and to bring people together.

Beyond her leadership, Marisa will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, and the genuine care she showed to everyone she encountered. She was not only a valued board member, but also a former President of EAF, a true champion of our mission and a friend to so many.

Our hearts are with her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy will live on through the vibrant arts community she helped nurture.

Rest in peace, Marisa. You will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
