I am putting up this notice to bring awareness to a very serious matter that has been brought to my attention. I have been made aware that an unauthorized party has been circulating the attached letter in which he is using Elite Production’s name, as well as fraudulent information, to collect money for advertising sales for the Miss Edinburg 2019 Scholarship Pageant program book.
Elite Productions would like to notify everyone that all monies, including checks, should only be addressed to the company name and/or the founder and director, Minerva Olivarez. All official business associated with Elite Productions must be approved and have the signature of Minerva Olivarez. If you receive a letter from this unauthorized party asking to buy a program book advertisement, DO NOT RESPOND, and notify us immediately. If you have made a payment to this unauthorized party, please also contact us.
