Seizures are often frequent, prolonged, and difficult to control, even with available treatments, and families face daily challenges. This underscores the urgent need for continued research and better therapies.

✨ We celebrated Juneteenth through the eyes of Shonda Rhimes…yes, it was a Bridgerton kind of day! ✨

Guests stepped into a beautifully reimagined Victorian-inspired experience where storytelling, history, and culture came together. Shonda Rhimes’ impact on television—through powerful, diverse narratives and inclusive casting—sparked meaningful conversations as we explored how Bridgerton reimagines history by removing barriers and envisioning a more inclusive past.

From tea time to our Victorian-style fashion show, the Day Hab commons was filled with elegance, creativity, and connection. Attendees showed up in stunning Bridgerton-inspired looks, making the fashion show a true highlight of the day! 👗🎩

It was a memorable celebration of culture, history, and imagination while sipping tea and connecting with one another. 💛

Men are frequently encouraged to prioritize their physical health, but mental well-being is just as essential. Whole health includes both mind and body.

Right now, we’re facing a silent crisis. There are too many men struggling without support, and the reality is urgent: men are nearly four times more likely to die by su***de than women.

This Men’s Health Week, we’re calling for open conversations, empathy, and action. Together, we can break the stigma and create spaces where men feel safe to share their struggles without fear or judgment.

No one should have to suffer in silence. You are not alone. 💙

The New York State Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) teamed up with NYS State Parks for Get Outdoors & Get Together Day! 🌳☀️On Saturday, June 13, individuals from the EPIC family and staff joined the fun at Hempstead Lake State Park, enjoying accessible activities that brought everyone together.

This statewide event encourages all of us to embrace recreation, connect with our communities, and prioritize our mental and physical well‑being. A beautiful day of inclusion, nature, and togetherness!
