CHH Program Director Margaret Toomey was recently interviewed on the WWLP-22 program Mass Appeal about therapeutic horseback riding at Whispering Horse in East Longmeadow.

CHH offers this activity to its members on the first and third Wednesdays of each month. Horseback riding has been proven to produce profound physical and psychological benefits, including reduced anxiety, improved core strength, and relief from medical trauma.
