Several Important Bits of Information concerning this year’s events.
T shirt and bib pickup will be held at Fleet Feet on Tuesday, November 26 and Wednesday November 27 from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Fleet Feet is located in the Longmeadow Shops, 680 Bliss Road.
Our events are at American Saw, Stanley Back and Decker at 301 Chestnut Street in East Longmeadow.
The facility is in the midst of a major solar installation project. Parking availability will be different this year.
We’ll have volunteers to guide people to designated parking areas. Please follow directions from the volunteers.
You can enter the parking areas from one of two driveways on the north and the south ends of the site. Parking is also available across the street at the old Package Machine parking lot.
We encourage people to car pool.
Please get to the site early. If you’re directed to the “back lots”, you’ll need time to walk to the registration area or starting line.
The parking situation is another good reason to pick up your T shirt and bib number on Tuesday or Wednesday.
Our event is rain, snow, sleet or shine.
If it’s a crappy morning, dress accordingly! Bring dry gear for post race and the ride home. Lousy weather won’t dampen our Holiday spirit!
