BATTLE OF THE BOOKS!
We are excited to announce that Battle of the Books is back! 📚🏆
Battle of the Books is a fun, FREE program designed to encourage students to read, discover new books, and get excited about reading! Students in 3rd–6th grade will read books from their grade-level reading list and then team up to battle it out by answering questions about the books they have read.
Along the way, students will build reading comprehension, teamwork, memory, and critical-thinking skills, all while having fun! Teams will compete in March for trophies, medals, and bragging rights, and there will even be a special teacher battle! 🏆
There will also be incentives and prizes along the way to keep students motivated and excited about reading. And for every book a student reads, they will earn a Battle of the Books brag tag to add to their collection! 📚
Students will have coaches to help guide them along the way, and there is no cost to participate!

We also need parent volunteers for coaching so please consider signing up for that when you register your child.
