Thank you to all of you who ran the PED 5k yesterday. It was a great race and thankfully the weather cooperated. Thank you so much for your support of the Cupcake Charity and the Larson family. We hope to see you again next year!

Today is the last day to register for the Pony Express 5k this Saturday, June 1st. Registration will close tonight at midnight so that we can prepare for the race.

You don't want to miss this fun 5k. This is a great race for runners, joggers and walkers.

All the proceeds will go to the Jeremiah and Brittany Larson family. If you can't make it to the race you can always donate to the family - just click on fundraise on the registration page and then you can click on the donate button.

The Pony Express 5k and Kids Fun Run is this Saturday, June 1st. Come support the Cupcake Charity and the Jeremiah and Brittany Larson Family. All proceeds will go to the Larson Family for medical bills for their sweet Brielle.

We are so excited to announce the family who will be the recipient of the Pony Express 5k proceeds - Jeremiah and Brittany Larson and their adorable Brielle.

Jeremiah and Brittany Larson have been married for 5 years and have a 2 year old daughter, Brielle, who was diagnosed with a rare genetic syndrome called Say Barber Biesecker Young Simpson syndrome just after her first birthday. Brielle was born with unexpected medical issues that kept her in the hospital for her first 5 weeks of life. After those 5 weeks, her parents realized that things weren't progressing or changing very quickly so they set up their home to be an extension of the NICU with Brielle being hooked up to the same life-saving machines. Brielle continues to use these machines on a daily basis to help her eat and breathe, but she is also growing stronger each day. Brielle loves people, puppies and music. She radiates joy, has a contagious smile, and "adds a little sweetness" to those around her each and every day.

The Pony Express 5k is only 11 days away. You can register from now until May 30th at 10 p.m. when registration will be cut off so we can prepare everything we need to for the race.

This is such a fun race whether you run or walk it. Cash prizes will be given to the top 3 male and female winners. The Chick-fil-A cow will be there for the kids fun run. And the funnest thing of all will be the cupcakes at the finish line 🧁🧁🧁🧁🧁

The Cupcake Charity is seeking nominations for someone deserving in Eagle Mountain who is in financial need due to extensive medical expenses, death/funeral, or other hardship.

The Cupcake Charity will select a recipient who will receive proceeds from the Pony Express Days 5K in the form of bill payment. Nominations will be accepted through April 5, 2019 at 10:00 p.m.
