CHQ Professionals Coffee Meetup – Thank You & Join Us in September! ☕✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our CHQ Professionals Coffee Meetup on Thursday, August 6!

We had a fantastic morning connecting over great conversation—and excellent coffee—at Lake Life Café. It was wonderful to see so many familiar faces while also welcoming new professionals to the group. Thank you for making it such an enjoyable event!

Moving somewhere new is exciting. It can also feel a little overwhelming — until you realize you don't have to figure it out alone.

That's exactly what the Live CHQ Workforce Ambassador Program is built for.
Aubrey connected with Erica Rose — a Chautauqua County entrepreneur and Live CHQ Workforce Ambassador and the two spent the day doing what locals actually do here.

They started the morning at a CHQ Professionals networking meetup, where Aubrey walked in knowing one familiar face and left knowing a whole room full of them. ☕️

Then they headed to the Roger Tory Peterson Institute in Jamestown — a world-class nature museum set on a 27-acre preserve with trails winding through hemlock forest and wildflower gardens — completely free to walk. The kind of place you pass by for years before realizing what's right in front of you.

Lunch landed at Labyrinth Press Company in downtown Jamestown — a coffee shop and fresh vegetarian restaurant with an espresso bar, seasonal patio, and craft beer bar upstairs — where the conversation turned to entrepreneurship, yoga studios, and what it actually looks like to build something here.

One day. A new connection. A clearer picture of life in Chautauqua County.
