Northern Chautauqua County Local Economic Development The LED committee is a private sector driven economic development initiative sponsored by the Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation

The LED committee provides private enterprise leadership in the creation and development of a community based economic strategic plan of action for the Northern Chautauqua Region. This includes;

- Partnering with the private, public, and education entities working toward economic development

- Defining the needs, economic assets, and liabilities, as well as opportunities and challenges of the Re

gion

- Designing and developing specific strategies that can best lead to the attainment of this vision

- Formulating specific policies and actions, designed to achieve dynamic economic growth in an ecologically sound environment, while providing a high quality of life for it's residents

- Developing strategies that include education, advocacy, civic action, and other specific projects and activities to achieve our vision
