This week we learned how our Savior, Jesus Christ entered the world through God's perfect planning. He wasn't born in a Palace where we would think of kings being born, but in a stable. He went from humble beginnings, to dying on a cross for all of our sins of the world, and will be coming back one day as a conquering King.
The kids had fun reenacting the manger scene and learning about Jesus. How he was first discovered by lowly shepherds and eventually recognized by travelers far and wide, including wise men who brought gifts of frankincense, gold, and myrrh.
This Christmas season, remember that the gifts under the tree are a representation of the one and only gift from God. A way to Heaven through a savior that we all need everyday. Put your trust in Jesus today, recognize him as the one and only true Savior of the world.
In Romans 10:9, because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
