WHAT HURT YOU DOESN’T HAVE TO CONTROL WHAT HAPPENS NEXT. 🙌

Yesterday Pastor Brandon reminded us of a powerful truth:

You may not have had a choice in what happened to you, but through Jesus, you don’t have to let it determine what happens next.

The betrayal was real.
The disappointment was real.
The pain was real.

But so is the grace of God! 🙌

Forgiveness doesn’t mean what happened was okay. It doesn’t mean the hurt wasn’t real. And it doesn’t mean you have to give someone another opportunity to hurt you.

FORGIVENESS CAN BE GIVEN. TRUST HAS TO BE REBUILT.

You can’t always control what others do to you, but you can choose what you allow to take root in your heart.

And here’s the good news:

YOUR PAIN MAY BE PART OF YOUR STORY, BUT IT DOESN’T HAVE TO WRITE THE REST OF IT!

As you begin this new week, don’t let yesterday’s hurt rob you of today’s peace or tomorrow’s purpose.

Keep your eyes on Jesus. Keep moving forward. And remember, there’s freedom in letting go of what you’ve been carrying. 💙

As we close out this Sunday evening, we can’t help but reflect on the goodness of God and all He did today at Life Point Fellowship! 💙🙌

From a room full of people worshiping Jesus, to the preaching of God’s Word, to celebrating another life publicly declaring their faith through baptism — WHAT A DAY IN GOD’S HOUSE!

Every Sunday is a reminder that what we do is about so much more than gathering together. It’s about lives being changed, people finding freedom, and Jesus being glorified!

We’re thankful for every person who joined us, every Dream Team member who faithfully served, and every opportunity God continues to give us to make a difference.

And the greatest part? We believe God is just getting started!

As you finish your day, take a moment to thank God for His goodness. We certainly are!

🇺🇸 NOVEMBER IS SALUTE TO SERVICE MONTH AT LIFE POINT FELLOWSHIP! 🇺🇸

October may still be going strong, but we’re already looking ahead to something special in November!

All month long, we’re going CAMO & GREEN as we honor the brave men and women who have served or are currently serving our country! 🇺🇸

Every Sunday in November, we encourage our entire Life Point family to wear your favorite CAMO or MILITARY GREEN as we come together with grateful hearts to recognize the sacrifices made by our veterans, active-duty service members, and their families.

⭐ SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8 will be especially meaningful as we take time during our worship service for a special Veterans Day recognition!

At Life Point, we believe honor matters. We thank God for the freedoms we enjoy and for the men and women who have answered the call to serve something greater than themselves.

And as we honor their service, we never lose sight of the One who gave everything for us—JESUS! ❤️

🎒 WHAT ARE YOU CARRYING THAT GOD NEVER ASKED YOU TO CARRY?

Sunday at Life Point, Pastor Brandon used a backpack and some bricks to illustrate something many of us know all too well… THE WEIGHT OF WORRY.

One worry about our finances.
One worry about our family.
One worry about our health.
One worry about tomorrow.

And before we know it, we’re carrying a weight we were never meant to carry.

But here’s what Jesus reminds us in Matthew 6:33: SEEK GOD FIRST.

Because when worry becomes our focus, it starts taking up space in our hearts and minds that belongs to God.

💥 “WHEN WORRY TAKES OVER… SOMETHING HAS MOVED INTO FIRST PLACE THAT DOESN’T BELONG THERE.”

Here’s your reminder this Tuesday:

You don’t have to know what tomorrow holds to trust the One who holds tomorrow.

Stop giving worry first place. Give that place back to Jesus. 🙌
