OSBI ICAC UNIT ARRESTS DUNCAN MAN ON CHILD EXPLOITATION CHARGES

DUNCAN, OK - On March 8, 2026, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation Internet Crimes Against Children Unit (ICAC) initiated an online investigation following an undercover operation.
OSBI special agents linked possible child sexual abuse material to a residence in Duncan, Oklahoma. On April 20, 2026, the OSBI ICAC Unit and Duncan Police Department executed a search warrant at the property.
During the warrant, investigators made contact with 55-year-old Micah James Mindemann. The OSBI ICAC Unit confiscated several electronic devices that belonged to Mindemann.
Following forensic examinations of these devices, OSBI special agents discovered several images of child sexual abuse material. While investigators were interviewing Mindemann, he also admitted to downloading and viewing child sexual abuse material.
Based on the information and evidence obtained, on July 20, 2026, OSBI special agents arrested Mindemann in Duncan.
Mindemann was booked into the Stephens County Jail on charges of Possession of Child Po*******hy, Distribution of Child Po*******hy, and Violation of the Oklahoma Computer Crimes Act.
The OSBI appreciates the City of Duncan OK- Police Department for their continued assistance with this investigation.
