Helping Mamas provides baby supplies, furniture and equipment to non-profits serving low income women and children. When mamas and babies have their basic needs met, they are able to benefit from the services provided by traditional non-profits: shelter from domestic violence, parenting education, job training and coaching, financial coaching, support services for medically fragile children and th

eir families, etc. Our "Helping Mamas" volunteer and pay it forward every day. They organize baby supplies and deliver to our partner organizations. They host baby showers, diaper drives and help us raise in-kind and monetary donations to help mamas take care of their children's needs.

Summer clean out season is here, and we would love your help. 🩷 New and gently used toys and books in good condition are needed right now at Helping Mamas. Drop them off at our warehouse and they go directly to children in our community. Make it a family project this summer and let your kids lead the way. Giving back is a lesson best learned by doing.

Wipes are used at every single diaper change. Every single one. But for families experiencing housing instability or financial hardship, something this basic can be completely out of reach. That's why we distribute wipes alongside diapers and other essentials every day. Babies can go through up to 10,000 wipes in their first year, and we want every family to have what they need.

40% of U.S. families with young children can't afford enough diapers. That's already hard to sit with. Then you see the rest of the numbers. 🩷 For Hispanic families, the rate climbs to 49%. For Black families, it reaches 63%. The need is real across the board, and it is not distributed equally. This is what Helping Mamas is here to address, every single day.
