ART CONTEST!

Help the Arts & Culture Board design a Wind Phone to be located at the Veterans Memorial Walkway at Yellowstone and West Center Street (old entrance to the Wyoming State Fair Grounds).

A Wind Phone is a quiet place to reflect and communicate with your loved ones. They are typically an old-fashioned style phone located in a natural setting. The telephone is not physically connected to service; rather, the communication comes from your heart and released into the wind to your loved one. https://www.mywindphone.com/

Designs can be created digitally or by hand. Use this link to print the template. Art is due March 23 by 5:00pm. Deliver
