This morning at 1:35 AM, TCFR was dispatched for automatic aid to SYCFD for a structure fire in the 1400 block of Balthrop Branch Road. Engine 51, Tanker 51, and Assistant Chief 50 arrived on scene to assist with fire extinguishment and found the structure fully involved with heavy fire and all residents safely evacuated. Fire units, including Engine 51, Tanker 51, and Assistant Chief 50, worked on scene for a couple of hours to extinguish the fire, with assistance from SYCFD, DCEMA, HCFD, MFD, DCEMS, DCSO, DES, and GDGA.

TCFR personnel conducted training drills tonight, focusing on advancing hose lines, search and rescue techniques, and mayday procedures to improve service delivery to the community.

Over the past couple of days, our area has experienced consecutive storms, prompting our personnel to clear roads of fallen trees that obstruct roadways, thereby ensuring emergency responders can reach their destinations. This morning, a community member reported a tree blocking her driveway, which prevented her nurse from reaching her house to provide necessary care. Our units responded promptly, clearing the tree to enable the nurse to deliver the required care.

SEVERE T-STORM WATCH -> A Severe Thunderstorm Watch has been issued for most of Middle TN and southern KY until 1 AM Wednesday. Some strong storms are likely across the Mid-State through the evening and tonight. Heavy rainfall becomes the main concern early tomorrow morning

TCFR responded to a multi-vehicle collision at Highway 70 West and South Eno Road this morning. Fire personnel provided patient care until DCEMS arrived. Additionally, we assisted with clearing debris from the roadway. The incident involved multiple units, including Rescue 51, DCEMS, DCSO, and THP.
