In case you're needing some inspo to sign up for our retreat in February, pulled this gem from the archives ✨What's your favorite Satsang song?

Wondering what a typical day looks like on a Good Vibes Movement retreat?

Start the morning with yoga led by Ben while the sound of live beats from Satsang fills the air. It's an incredible way to wake up your mind and body.

Join the group for fresh juices, coffee and typico Salvadorian bites. After breakfast, it's choose your own adventure.

Want to learn to surf? Join the group for a lesson. Never touched a board before? Perfect. Surf every weekend? Also perfect. It's completely optional.

Rather stay behind? Grab a book, explore El Tunco, get a massage, take a nap by the pool, day trip to see some waterfalls, or just enjoy having absolutely nowhere you need to be.

Most afternoons, we'll offer a second yoga practice. Some people come to every class. Others come to one. There isn't a right way to do retreat.

The best part isn't really the schedule anyway.

It's the conversations over breakfast.
Watching everyone cheer each other on in the water.
The sunsets that somehow never get old.
The dinners that always end with "one more story."

By the end of the week, you'll probably leave with a little more energy than you arrived with and a handful of people you'll keep in touch with long after the trip is over.

Community and showing up as you are is what Good Vibes Movement is and always has been about.

No pressure. No expectations. Just good people, good movement, good music, and a week on the coast of El Salvador.

See you in February? 🌊
