Today, we celebrate Juneteenth, a day liberation and freedom.

At One Colorado, we know that true solidarity between marginalized communities is how we build forward together and that allyship is a verb.

It requires action, resources, unwavering support, and deep respect.

Today, we honor the Black leaders who have always paved the way for LGBTQIA+ liberation, specifically Black transgender women.

When our communities intersect, we must fight together for all of us. When folks show up for us, we must show up for them.

Happy Juneteenth, Colorado.

One Colorado is incredibly honored to announce that we are a Grand Marshal for the 2026 Denver Pride Parade!

One Colorado has been at the forefront of advancing equality and defending the rights of LGBTQIA+ Coloradans for years. In our work, we are constantly reminded that PRIDE is a protest, a celebration, and an opportunity for our community to come together.

We don’t want to just look back at our history while hoping for a better tomorrow, we want to actively shape it.

Last weekend, One Colorado showed up at Pride celebrations across the state, from Adams County and Greeley to Boulder, Steamboat Springs, Colorado Springs, and Denver. 💜

Together, we connected with community members, shared resources, gathered pledges to defend trans Coloradans, and welcomed new supporters into this movement.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by a booth, volunteered, signed a pledge, or helped make Pride possible.
