That morning storm caught us off guard, so we had to cancel our trip to Seed Savers for lunch and apple picking. But the weather didn’t stop us from enjoying a day surrounded by apples! 🍎

We conducted an apple experiment to discover what helps keep apples from turning brown, got creative with apple art, and had an in-depth discussion about our favorite ways to enjoy this delicious fruit. It turned into a fun, hands-on day full of learning, creativity, and of course apples! 🍏🎨

🎳✨ Another wonderful community activity for our Day Hab clients! ✨🎳

We enjoyed a fantastic afternoon at King Pin Entertainment Center Bowling filled with laughter, smiles, friendly competition, and plenty of fun. Clients had a great time practicing their bowling skills, celebrating strikes and spares, cheering one another on, and enjoying quality time with their peers.

Activities like this create meaningful opportunities to build confidence, strengthen friendships, encourage teamwork, and enjoy everything our community has to offer. We’re grateful for the memories made and the wonderful energy everyone brought to the afternoon! 💙

Day hab clients enjoyed a beautiful, foggy fall morning at Pinter's Gardens and Pumpkins🍂🌫️ Clients explored the gift shop, enjoyed some tasty treats, and shared great conversation with peers, Pinter’s staff, Spectrum staff, and Ella, the wonderful volunteer who joined us today. Fall is in the air at Day Hab! 🍂 Our clients have been embracing the season through creativity and hands-on fun. Yesterday, they sponge-painted beautiful fall trees filled with autumn colors, and today they used their imaginations to create individual scarecrow faces each one unique and full of personality! 🎨🌳👩‍🌾 We love seeing everyone enjoy these festive activities and celebrate the beauty of fall together. 🤎
