We all go through difficult seasons. Times when life simply feels heavier than we believe we can carry.

Sometimes the hardest words to say are, "I'm struggling."

Often, if we can find the courage to let someone in and share what we are carrying, something begins to change. The problem may not be immediately resolved, but the burden can feel a little lighter.

Connection reminds us that we don't have to face everything alone.

Sometimes hope is simply someone who listens, checks in, or says, "I'm here. You matter to me."

That is why we walk - to create a community where it's okay to talk about the hard things, and where no one has to struggle in silence.

💜Join Us for the 5th Annual Su***de Awareness Walk + 5K

Hope can change a life!

Every day, members of our community face challenges that can feel overwhelming, but no one should have to walk through them alone. We invite you to join us for our 5th Annual Su***de Awareness Walk + 5K. When we come together as a community to raise awareness, reduce stigma, honor those we’ve lost, support those who are struggling, and remind everyone that hope is always within reach.

✨ The 1 mile is free, please register below to receive your goodie bag and luminary. T-shirts are available for $25.00.

The 5K will be officially timed this year, and the early bird price is $35.00 until August 24th (t-shirt is included with 5k registration).

This month marks several major First Responder appreciation days, but at CEW, we believe supporting their mental and emotional well-being is a 365-day mission.

The jobs they do aren't just physically demanding. They take a heavy emotional toll. Carrying the weight of emergencies, trauma, and hypervigilance day after day isn't something they have to do alone.

It’s okay to need a safe space to process, unpack, and heal. We are here for you.
