In honor of Boss’s Day, we would like to take a moment to celebrate and honor Beverly Ross — our fearless leader, Executive Director, and dear friend.
Every day, Beverly leads with grace, compassion, wisdom, and purpose. She continually pours the values of true leadership and guidance into each of us, inspiring us not only in the work we do, but in the way we serve others.
Beverly has transformed what could simply be “a job” into a ministry — a place where we feel valued, supported, encouraged, and blessed to be part of something greater than ourselves.
We are incredibly grateful for her leadership, her heart, and the countless ways she pours into our team. Thank you, Beverly, for being the kind of leader who makes a lasting difference. We are truly blessed to follow your example and be part of this ministry.
