We know Trunk or Treat feels far away, but planning is already underway.

We’re opening candy donations early this year! Each year, this event continues to grow, and we want to make sure we’re prepared to welcome every child and family who joins us.

If you’re able to donate candy, we’d be grateful for your support. Together, we can make this year’s Trunk or Treat a meaningful celebration for our entire community.

Big beginnings happen at the Y!

Our Preschool program has openings available for children ages 2–5. Through learning, play, and meaningful connections, we help kids build confidence, friendships, and skills that prepare them for what comes next.

On Friday we had the opportunity to celebrate the dedication of this AMAZING new "Advocate" mural at Webster Cantrell Youth Advocacy, gifted by the Heart of Illinois Community Foundation and created by the incredibly talented Antonio Burton (Toni Picasso)!

Supporting young people is at the heart of what we do at the Y, and we're proud to partner with Webster Cantrell through our YouthCares program, which provides free YMCA facility access to children in foster care.

We are so lucky to have organizations, partners and artists who continue to show up for our kids AND make our community a little more beautiful along the way.

Congratulations to everyone who made this incredible project happen!

The Lap Pool will be closed beginning Monday, August 31, due to the final phase of our boiler installation project, which will temporarily lower the water temperature.

As a result water aerobics and swim lessons are cancelled and will resume on Wednesday.

Lap Pool will reopen Wednesday, September 2 at 5:30 AM. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
