You guys did it! We raised enough over the weekend to pay for the 26/27 Montessori Zoo Night! Now, we have a second challenge for you! We all know that out MAP Teachers are AMAZING and this year the PTO spent about $2500 in teacher appreciation- feeding them, filling up the snack cabinet in the teacher's lounge and purchasing things to make their job easier! Let's see if we can raise $2500 this week to ensure that we can do as much, if not more next year for the wonderful humans who teach our kids everyday.

Just a reminder on how the fundraiser works-
1) Open the spreadsheet in the Parent Square post and locate your name and unique calendar ID
2) Copy the calendar link and send an email and text to family.
3) Above the calendar photo image, copy this message:
Please help me raise money for the Montessori Academy for Peace. Our PTO is raising money for the events we put on for our school each year. This includes our Gourd Gala,
Craft and Cocoa Night, and Scovill Zoo Night. We also provide secondary support to our teachers and clubs. Each day corresponds to the amount donated. (Day 5=$5, Day 11
=$11, etc.) The goal is for every member to have the entire calendar filled up. Once payment is made, your name will be displayed in the date(s) you purchased showing your

Its May First and that makes it Pick a Day to Donate Day 1! This is The Hive's end of year fundraiser, that we are hoping will fund all of next year's activities, like the Gourd Gala, Glow Dance and Zoo Night! How does it work?

1) Open the spreadsheet sent out via ParentSquare and locate your name and unique calendar ID
2) Copy the calendar link and send an email and text to family, or post on social media
3) Above the calendar photo image, copy (or edit) this message.

And remember, there are prizes for those who participate! The highest earner receives $100 or a family membership to Scovill Zoo, the first 5 to fill their calendar get $50, and anyone who fills their calendar gets entered in a drawing to win $50.

It's been a great year for the Hive Booster Club! We put on the Gourd Gala, Crafts and Cocoa, Glow Dance, and are hosting the annual end of the year Montessori Zoo Night. We've also been able to feed the teachers at the holidays and for the upcoming teacher appreciation week. We've also been able to provide various support for projects throughout the year, including an opening night dinner for the cast of Descendants, caps and gowns for Kindergarten Graduation, and upgrading supplies in the teacher's lounge. However, all those events cost money! We know everyone is tired of being nickeled and dimed, so we thought we would try one BIG fundraiser ahead of the 26/27 school year, and if we raise enough money, I can promise you'll get fewer messages from me on ParentSquare next year!

Starting May 1st, we're going to be doing an all digital Pick a Day to Donate Fundraiser. Everyone will get a link and you can send it out to family members, friends and post on social media to fill your calendar. The goal is for every member to have the entire calendar filled up.Once payment is made, your name will be displayed in the date(s) you purchased showing your support
