🫐💙 Meet Blueberry Cream Cheese! 💙🫐

Look at this sweet girl! 🥹💕 Blueberry Cream Cheese is estimated to be about 3 years old and weighs just 38 pounds, making her the perfect medium-sized companion!

Blueberry found her way to the shelter as a stray on 9/14, and while it looks like people may not have always been the kindest to her, this girl still has so much love to give. ❤️ She loves people and walks nicely on a leash, and all she needs now is someone who will show her just how wonderful life can be.

It's hard not to wonder what her story is and what she's been through, but we know what we hope her next chapter looks like: a soft place to land, a family to love her, and a lifetime of kindness. 🏡🐾

Please SHARE Blueberry Cream Cheese! Let's help this sweet girl find the forever home she deserves. 💙🫐

🐾🖤 **MEET OUR TWO NEW LOBBY CATS: HARVEY & RAMSEY!** 🖤🐾

Our lobby has two new furry faces, and they’re both looking for forever homes! 🏡❤️

🐈‍⬛ **First up, meet Harvey!** This 8-pound ball of fluff is estimated to be 2–3 years old and came to us as a stray on September 5th. When Harvey arrived, his fur was thin, and it was clear this sweet boy had been through a lot. But look at him now! 🥹 He’s thriving, loving life, and absolutely LOVES his people! In the mornings, you can find Harvey following everyone around the lobby, making sure nobody goes without a little feline supervision. 😂❤️ If you’re looking for a sweet, loving companion who wants to be part of your day, Harvey might just be your guy!

🐈 **Then there’s Ramsey!** This 8-pound sweetheart is estimated to be about 2 years old, and he has a slightly different morning routine. 😂 While Harvey is busy making his rounds and greeting everyone, Ramsey prefers to play a little game of *“If I hide, maybe they won’t see me!”* 🤣 he can be a little shy at first, but give him a little time and some gentle pets, and he’ll start to come out of his shell. ❤️ Sometimes the sweetest friendships just take a little patience!

Both Harvey and Ramsey have so much love to give, and they’re ready to find families of their very own!

🐾 Could Harvey or Ramsey be your new best friend? Stop by and meet them!

🐾 GUYS… WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT GINGER. 😂❤️

Some of you might recognize this sweet girl! Or maybe you don’t… because unfortunately, Ginger has packed on a few extra pounds since we saw her last! 👀🍪

Ginger has found herself BACK at the shelter, through absolutely no fault of her own. 💔 And at an estimated 2 years old, this girl has so much life, love, and couch lounging ahead of her!

Weighing in at 87 pounds, Ginger is ready to find a family who will help her get back to a healthier weight. That means a healthy diet, several short walks throughout the day, and LOTS of extra love and encouragement! ❤️🐕

And honestly? We think Ginger is going to be an EXCELLENT partner for the Netflix-and-chill lifestyle. 🍿📺 She's sweet, loving, well-behaved, and ready to be your very best companion. Who needs a personal trainer when you can have a walking buddy who also appreciates a good nap afterward? 😂

Ginger needs HER family. One that will love her, help her feel her best, and promise that this time, she's home for good. 🏡💗

Can you help Ginger write a happier ending to her story?

Go meet this sweet girl at Macon County Animal Control and Care Center! She has so much love to give, and she's hoping her next chapter starts with YOU. 🐾❤️

🐾 Who saw this sweet guy and his kitten friends on WAND News today?! 📺❤️

Meet Little Andy! 🥰

Little Andy is a handsome Lab/Hound mix who came to the shelter as a stray on 9/4 with another dog who we believe may be his brother. At just about a year old, these boys are still a little timid at times, but they are opening up a little more every day. 🥹

Andy weighs around 40 pounds and will probably fill out and grow just a little more. He’s at that perfect age where he’s ready to start learning all the things that will help him become an even better boy than he already is!

And today, Andy got to show off a little bit! He rode like a champ in the car to WAND, walked nicely on a leash, and was an absolute gentleman on set—even with his kitten friends right beside him! 🐶🐱❤️

For a young dog who is still figuring out the world, he did SO good! He may need a little patience while he gets comfortable, but he’s already showing us that he has all the makings of a really great companion.

Now he just needs someone willing to show him that the best part of his story is still ahead. 🏡❤️

Come meet Little Andy and give this sweet boy the chance to show you what a good boy he can be! 🐾

🥪🐾 MEET THE SANDWICH BROTHERS! 🐾🥪

Meet Grilled Chicken & Spicy Deluxe — also known around here as the Sandwich Brothers! 😂

These two handsome boys are estimated to be about 6 months old and came into the shelter together as strays on 8/20. They are officially listed as 2 Peas in a Pod, which means ONE adoption fee gets you BOTH cats! ❤️

And honestly… these two are a package deal for a reason. They are your typical fun-loving, mischievous brothers. Their mornings are spent running around the lobby, playing hide-and-seek, attempting to help themselves to the dog treats (🙄😂), and generally finding ways to keep everyone entertained.

Then comes the afternoon shift… SUNBEAM NAPS. ☀️😴

They curl up together in the sunshine coming through the window right next to their kennel and settle in for some brotherly cuddle time.

But don't let those sweet pictures fool you… they are still brothers. 😂 One minute they're peacefully snuggled up together, and the next they're chasing each other around and wrestling like they've got a championship belt on the line.

We can definitely tell these two love each other, and we would love nothing more than to see Grilled Chicken & Spicy Deluxe find a home together soon. 🥰

If you're looking for twice the cats, twice the entertainment, and twice the love for ONE adoption fee, come meet the Sandwich Brothers!

🐾 Stop by the shelter — you'll find them hanging out right in the lobby!
