Thank you, United Way - Decatur & Mid-Illinois, for awarding the Millikin Market $8,000!

Funds will be used to meet immediate needs, support student well-being, and remove barriers to student success. The Market provides a welcoming, dignified environment where students can access groceries, fresh foods, personal care products, and other necessities at no cost.

The investment is one of the largest single gifts made to the Market to date. The Millikin community is incredibly grateful for the support. 💙🥫

GREAT NEWS!! The Millikin Market is OPEN during this summer on Thursdays from 11:30-1. Thanks to Jeff Tate and our great friends at Kroger we will have eggs, meat, bread, Tillamook cheese, fresh fruit, and frozen items (including pizza); Ray’s Chilli, Pepsi products, and from our Northeast Community Fund neighbors the non-perishables and household products that will allow our students to focus on academics and internships!!

We were fortunate enough to have him and his wife in the market during the Cooking Competition, where they made their own dish!
