Time is almost up for the DRI Foundation Scholarship!

If you are a DRI-certified professional in the U.S. or Canada, your high school senior or college student could receive $5,000 toward their education. All they need to do is submit an application with an essay on disaster preparedness. It is a wonderful way to get them thinking about our field while helping out with school expenses.

Applications are due by midnight PDT on May 29, 2026. We would love to read your student's submission, so please make sure they get it in before time runs out.

The VOP honors the men and women of the armed forces whose patriotic service has protected our nation. Its mission is to provide transitioning Service Members and Veterans with a seamless pathway to a career in the resilience field - at no cost to the veteran.

What the VOP offers:

🎖️ Scholarships for training and certification as a Business Continuity professional (thousands of veterans trained & certified to date)
🎖️ Classes held at military installations, including for Wounded Warriors
🎖️ No‑cost employment placement help and civilian networking opportunities
🎖️ Courses are also open to spouses of 100% disabled personnel who cannot work
