The Ford Employees Recreation Association (FERA) was established in 1947 for the purpose of developing fellowship and understanding among the Michigan employees of Ford Motor Company through the promotion of social, physical, cultural and special programs. FERA is governed by a volunteer General Council that consists of an Executive Board, a representative from each of the activity Clubs and the P

ast Presidents of FERA. FERA programs and services, and membership in FERA activity Clubs, are open to all Ford and Visteon hourly and salaried employees, retirees and "A"/"Z" Plan eligible family members in Michigan (please see the Michigan non-profit corporation disclaimer below.

Time to start getting back in shape for master swim meets or that early summer sprint triathlon on your bucket list.
