Los Gatos Foster Animals is a 501(c)3, volunteer, no-kill foster organization that is funded 100% by donations. We have no paid staff or board members; we rely solely upon our volunteers, giving their time, love, and homes to house the animals we care for until they find their forever homes. The furbabies do not leave our care until they are healthy, socialized, and spayed or neutered.

This morning we want to give an extra special thank you to The Vintage Farm House! They generously matched each donation made in their store to help double the support for our foster kitties.

Being a non-profit organization means we rely solely on donations to keep our rescue running, and support like this makes a world of difference for the animals in our care.

๐Ÿšจ DAREDEVIL UPDATE! ๐Ÿšจ

Our little fighter is defying the odds! ๐Ÿ’ช At five weeks old, Daredevil is officially weighing in at a whole 11 ounces. While he should ideally be closer to 20 ounces at his age, the fact that he is gaining weight is a HUGE victory!

Here are some of his latest amazing milestones:

๐Ÿฒ Eating like a champ: He is officially gobbling up wet food!

๐Ÿงถ Showing his personality: He is starting to play and discover his brave side.

โค๏ธ Loving the love: When he's done playing, he is an absolute cuddle bug. โค๏ธ

While we are celebrating these beautiful moments, Daredevil still has a big journey ahead of him. He needs to keep growing big and strong so he can eventually undergo a crucial surgery on his eyes.

He has beaten every odd stacked against him so far, but he can't take this next step alone. We urgently need the help of our amazing community to continue funding his ongoing medical care.

School is officially out for the summer, and the sunshine isn't the only thing bringing warmth into our homes! We are absolutely overjoyed to see so many families spending their newly freed-up sunny days welcoming their perfect feline friends.

A huge congratulations to all of our incredible foster kitties who have officially found their forever windowsills to sunbathe on, and to the wonderful new families whose summers just got a whole lot sweeter.

Hereโ€™s to a beautiful season filled with lazy afternoon catnaps, playful kitten energy, and endless purrs!
