Titus III is a faith-based program that requires participants to look for housing, work or attend school, and enroll in a county-sponsored counseling course to help them change destructive thought patterns and behavior. In addition to working with Polk County Community Corrections, Polk County Mental Health, and the Oregon Department of Human Services, Titus III encourages the women to give back t
o the community by volunteering. It takes a year to get that stability; you can't turn your life around in three months. Since its inception, Titus III has been home to over 120 women. Many of them are now productive citizens and are very grateful for the time they spent at Titus III.
