CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) volunteers are everyday people who make an extraordinary difference by speaking up for children in foster care. CASA advocates help ensure that each child's voice is heard and their best interests are represented in court, with DHS, and throughout the child welfare system.
💙 We need compassionate volunteers who are willing to stand beside a child during one of the most difficult times in their life.
💛 Not able to volunteer? Your donations help us recruit, train, and support CASA advocates so more children receive the care and advocacy they deserve.

Better late than never! 🩵
In honor of child abuse prevention month this past April, CASA of Polk County Inc. distributed pinwheels and prevention signs throughout our community to help raise awareness and the vital roll we all play in supporting children and families.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped make this awareness campaign possible. Thank you to the volunteers who helped distribute and place pinwheels and prevention signs throughout the county. We are also incredibly grateful to the local businesses, organizations, and residents who proudly displayed our pinwheels and signs at their homes and places of business. Your willingness to participate helped spread an important message of hope, awareness, and prevention across our community.

Together, we can help create brighter futures and ensure every child knows they are valued, supported, and safe. 💙
