🧘🏽‍♀️ Glow Up Kids started with this mom on a mission to bring kids yoga to DFW and over time has blossomed into reading, arts and crafts, socialization intentional movement meet ups and more!

Ready for a fun and relaxing experience? Join us for Youth Stretch & Sew, where kids will enjoy a 30-minute yoga session with Glow Up Kids followed by a creative hands-on sewing project led by Mrs. U of Student ICONS Youth Sewing Organization to make their own soothing lavender eye pillow!

✨ What’s included?
• A calming yoga session.
• A hands-on sewing activity to create a lavender eye pillow filled with flaxseed and lavender buds.
