Pickleball practise at ABBA's House!

This is what hope in motion looks like. 💛

Youth in Eswatini, Africa, are practicing pickleball on the new courts at Orphan To Heir (O2H), and it is so much more than a game. Sports give young people a healthy outlet, build confidence, teach discipline, encourage teamwork, and create a sense of belonging.

For many children and teens, the court becomes a place to laugh, learn, grow, and release stress. Physical activity has such a positive impact on mental health, helping reduce anxiety, improve mood, and strengthen resilience.

At O2H, we believe opportunities like this can help shape futures. Every serve, every rally, and every smile represents connection, encouragement, and hope for the next generation.

We are so grateful to see these courts being used and to watch these young athletes grow — not just in skill, but in confidence, character, and joy. 🌍🏓
