After 17 amazing years, The Davidson Dash 5K has officially come to an end. What began as a small community run grew into a cherished annual tradition that brought together families, athletes, volunteers, and local businesses in celebration of health, connection, and community spirit. Bringing the Davidson Dash to life each year has been an honor and a joy. While it is bittersweet to retire the event, we are immensely proud of the impact it has had and the relationships it has fostered. We extend heartfelt appreciation to the loyal business partners and supporters who helped make the race possible year after year. Their generosity, enthusiasm, and dedication fueled the event's longevity and helped create countless lasting memories. We could not have achieved 17 years of success without the unwavering support of our sponsors, volunteers, and participants. Thank you for being part of this incredible journey. Though the finish line has been crossed for the final time, the spirit of the Davidson Dash lives on in the community it brought together.

We can’t say thank you enough to our sponsors, participants, and volunteers for making this year’s Davidson Dash such a successful event! Because of you guys, we were able to donate well over $19,000.00 to the Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research! 💛

We are thrilled to share that the Davidson Dash earned over $19,400 for the Rally Foundation! 93% of all proceeds from this organization go directly to pediatric cancer research and to care for local children. We are Panther Proud of Team Richards, all the race organizers, and the numerous volunteers who worked hard to make this happen. We are also grateful for the tremendous support from our community.
