ITS A GIRL!!! 🩷🖤🩷

Sometime in the early morning hours between 6–8am, Nyx officially set her little hostage free… and this was only her SECOND night in the stall! Talk about perfect timing.

Of course, nothing around here can ever be simple. After checking the cameras, we realized the baby had somehow managed to slip UNDER a fence panel! Cue the all-hands-on-deck emergency response.

Thankfully, some incredible friends and neighbors were able to get there before I could, and they carefully moved the tiny filly, still wet, wobbly, and very confused, back into the safety of the stall with mom.

After countless hours of sweat, stress, baby-proofing every possible escape route, and yet another emergency Lowe’s run… we are SO proud to officially announce the arrival of the FIRST foal of 2026! 🖤

A stunning black DHH x Arabian filly with legs for days and already a whole lot of personality.

Now we just need a name! We’ve narrowed it down to our top 2 favorites:

1. Nemesis (daughter of the Greek goddess Nyx)
2. Valkyrie
