Hoof to Plate Producer Workshop
CSU Fort Collins Campus

CSU Animal Sciences and Extension is hosting a producer education program, Hoof to Plate, May 18, 19 and 20, 2026 on campus in Ft. Collins. This inaugural event brings together cattle producers from across Colorado to interact with other cattle producers and industry leaders. With topics ranging from live animal evaluation to exploring emerging issues in the beef industry to Beef Quality Assurance and hands-on exposure to new technologies, this workshop is designed for Colorado's cattle producers.

This event will be held on at the CSU Agricultural Research, Development and Education Center (ARDEC) and the Global Food Innovation Center on the CSU Campus. Information and registration can be found at https://sites.google.com/rams.colostate.edu/csu-hoof-to-plate/home

Registration for producers is $100 for the event.
