We’re proud to celebrate our CEO, Christy Ward, on her nomination for the Orange County Business Journal’s 2026 Women in Business Awards! 🎉

Since joining Share Ourselves in 2019, Christy has helped expand our clinical capacity, strengthen organizational sustainability, and build partnerships that increase access to equitable, whole-person care. Her collaborative leadership and strategic vision continue to create lasting impact for vulnerable communities throughout Orange County.

For Mike, supporting our work is deeply personal. As a young person, he volunteered in a food pantry—an experience that helped shape his commitment to giving back.
Today, that commitment continues through his generous contribution and enthusiastic support of our mission.

That’s a wrap! We’re closing National Health Center with gratitude and looking towards a healthier future.

Thank you to everyone who helped make last Saturday’s and today’s Backpack Distribution possible. Together, we are helping students begin the school year supported, prepared, and ready to learn and thrive.

Education is Health. Health is Everything.

For Partner Appreciation Day, we’re celebrating the partners that help us care for the whole person—both inside and outside the exam room.

Yesterday, we joined Santa Ana Unified School District for a ceremonial carpet scraping at the Rob Richardson Welcoming Resource Center, marking the start of renovations for our new food pantry.

Through this partnership, we’re bringing nutritious food and essential support closer to the Santa Ana community and neighboring cities. Because access to food is essential to health, collaborations like this help us meet families where they are and build healthier communities together.

Share Ourselves serves children and families, adults, older adults, people experiencing homelessness, and others throughout Orange County—regardless of income or insurance status.

Through our clinics, social services, and community programs, we meet people where they are with care they can trust.

Prevention and early detection are essential parts of whole-person health. 👁️

This National Health Center Week, we’re proud to highlight the addition of optometry to Share Ourselves’ comprehensive services.

Eye exams and eye-health evaluations can identify vision concerns that may affect learning, work, independence, and quality of life. They may also help providers recognize signs of certain conditions affecting eye and overall health.

Optometry appointments are available to established Share Ourselves patients at the front desk or by phone (949) 270-2100.

National Health Center Week begins today! 💜🩺

For more than 60 years, Community Health Centers have delivered innovative care where it matters most. Share Ourselves has proudly contributed to that movement for more than 55 years, growing from a community-led effort into a comprehensive health center serving Orange County.

This year, we are honored to celebrate as the 2026 Nonprofit of the Year for California’s 73rd Assembly District—a recognition of the patients, team members, partners, volunteers, and supporters who make our work possible.
