❤️ One morning can make a lasting difference.

🏡 On Saturday, September 12, we'll be serving a 72-year-old Mission Viejo resident who, after the heartbreaking loss of both her granddaughter and her husband, has found it difficult to keep up with the yard work around her home.

🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 Together, we'll spend the morning weeding, trimming, planting, and restoring her front and backyard. No special skills are needed—just a willing heart and a desire to serve.

🇺🇸 Mission Viejo veterans, this one's for you.

❤️ This November, we're hoping to complete a special Labors of Love project for a local veteran. If we're awarded grant funding through Home Depot, we'll have the opportunity to take on a larger project than we normally can.

🏡 If you know a Mission Viejo veteran who could use a helping hand around the home, we'd love to hear from you. You can nominate yourself, a family member, a friend, or a neighbor.

👕 Help us get ready for the new school year!

🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 On Saturday, August 8, from 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, we'll be serving at the Student Marketplace Clothing Boutique by sorting, hanging, folding, and organizing clothing donations for local students and families.

💙 An organized boutique helps students and parents easily find the clothing they need while making it easier for volunteers to serve them throughout the year.

🙌🏼 No special skills are needed—just a willing heart and a pair of comfortable shoes! If you enjoy behind-the-scenes service, we'd love to have you join us.

🛠️ Volunteers Needed for Our July Labors of Love Project!

❤️ We're giving the Student Marketplace at Silverado High School a much-needed refresh, and we're looking for volunteers with construction, flooring, carpentry, or similar hands-on experience to help!

🏫 The Student Marketplace is a food pantry serving students experiencing homelessness and local families in need. Together, we'll help create a safe, functional, and welcoming space for everyone who depends on it.

🗓️ Saturday, July 18
🕗 Morning Shift: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
🕛 Afternoon Shift: 12:00–4:00 PM

🙌🏼 Sign up for one shift or both! Volunteers must be 18+ since the project takes place on school property.
